Games and Software

Sadly jazzy avant-garde religious music isn't lucrative, so game development is how I make my living. I often half-jokingly say that my games are secretly a way to get people interested in my music.

My design process is holistic and semi-improvisational so I prefer to handle the game design, art, music, sound design, and writing myself and at my own pace. I'm not interested in code or maths so usually I work with a programmer (primarily Mike Lasch. hi Mike!) to help me cobble together something resembling legitimate software.

There's almost always a theological and ideological set of ideas that I build each work around. I don't think I could motivate myself to finish anything were it a mere aesthetic indulgence. My work should leave a person better off for having spent time with it.

My commercial game releases:
  • Dreamsettler (internet and OS simulator, PC and Consoles, in development)
  • Slayers X: Terimnal Aftermath: Vengance of the Slayer (first person shooter, PC and Consoles, 2023)
  • Hypnospace Outlaw (internet and OS simulator, PC and Consoles, 2019)

  • Dropsy (point and click adventure, PC and Consoles, 2015)
